Now before I get into the explanations and identifications of the HOUSEWIVES OF RIVERDALE

Yes it's true, Riverdale is now WITHOUT a Human Resources Director. Ms Kalin stayed around
long enough to engulf the city in personnel problems ( at the behest of Iris Jessie ) that the C.E.O. ie
Evelyn Wynn-Dixion to this day IGNORES. I wonder if there was an EXIT INTERVIEW? Well there is
one thing for sure Jessie, Wallace, Stamps-Jones, Ruffin and Wynn-Dixion do not keep
CAUCASIANS around very long. Tom Pence, Stacy Inglis, and now Robin Kalin have all been run off
because the first two at least REFUSED to engage in Illegal Business Practices. You do have your
standard Brown Noses still there. One of the main ones is Fire Chief DWAYNE ( Spanky ) ERNEST.
This man just FIRED three, that's right THREE long tenured Fireman.
Some had 23 years of tenure. You know something you can't just FIRE long term employee's like
that without some repercussions. Is this one of the reasons that Kalin left so abruptly?
Today at Ebenezer Baptist Church Dr. Cornell West spoke to ( it appeared to be) Clayton County
and Eldren Bell and Evelyn Wynn-Dixion directly. His message was very TRUTHFUL AND FACTUAL.
He reminded the aforementioned politicians that THEY DO NOT NEED TO FORGET WHERE THEY
CAME FROM AND ACT LIKE THE SLAVE MASTERS BEFORE THEM. It was very interesting how one
individual whom has the distinction of having a Doctorate and another individual whom claims to
have a Doctorate were so diametrically OPPOSED to each other in both KNOWLEDGE, STATURE
AND PRESENCE.
These are the Housewives of Riverdale. They didn't have enough intelligence to attempt to get a
REALITY SHOW ON BRAVO. There are two more whom I will show now.
You may think it's a mistake to have Kenny Ruffin's photo in the Riverdale Housewives but as
much as he cries like a WOMAN he is kind of taking on the persona of one. Can we have a little fun?

6. Stephine Thomas Unmarried, Uneducated, Shacking, Drove over a year on a suspend-
ed driver's license. Endangered her own children by her obscene
behavior. The coordinator of Voter Fraud and thief in last two
elections.
At one time I would have said that YOU ELECTED THESE PEOPLE but I know now that not to be
true. Now that we know HOW THEY MANIPULATED THOSE MACHINES IT WON'T HAPPEN NEXT

Incidentally, why does it RAIN every time Riverdale tries to put on an event? How much did
Riverdale SPEND on the MLK Parade? Did they ever VOTE ON HOSTING IT? If they did WHEN?

over 6 million dollars in less than a year but have not completed anything?

Hall Receives Training Certificate
ATLANTA – Riverdale Councilmember Wayne Hall received the prestigious Certificate of
Recognition from the Georgia Municipal Training Institute at the Georgia Municipal Association’s
(GMA) Annual Mayors’ Day Conference in Atlanta on January 24.
The Georgia Municipal Training Institute, a cooperative effort of GMA and the University of Georgia’s
Carl Vinson Institute of Government, provides a nationally recognized series of training
opportunities for elected city officials. To receive a Certificate of Recognition, a city official must
complete a minimum of 42 units of credit. The training program consists of a series of 24 six-unit
courses.
“This is an outstanding achievement,” said GMA Executive Director Jim Higdon. “We commend
Councilmember Hall for this accomplishment and for the dedication he’s shown in using this
valuable resource to become a more effective city official.”
Based in Atlanta, GMA is a voluntary, non-profit organization that provides legislative advocacy,
research, training, employee benefit and technical consulting services to its 500 member cities.

This is THE BRAND NEW PHOTOGRAPH of the RIVERDALE HOUSEWIVES. These people make
up the Riverdale Georgia City Council. Two council members plus the mayor make up half the body
of the RIVERDALE HOUSEWIVES. What I want you to notice is how well this photograph depicts the
essence of these council people. The mayor's photograph makes you wonder how would she look if
she WASHED OFF ALL THAT CAKE MAKEUP? It appears that if she moved her FACE would crack

WALLACE, DID SHE HAVE SOMETHING IN HER eye? Why is her RIGHT EYE running away from her

Jessie are some major THIEVES WHOM HAVE STOLE A MINIMUM of $40,000.00 ( Recreation Grant ).

At the last council meeting Wanda Wallace showed how illiterate and ignorant she continues to
be by asking to issue an RFP for a booting company to operate in the city. The purpose of this was
to EXTORT MONEY from ANY vendor doing business in the city of Riverdale. This kind of makes me
think SHE IS DIRECTING THE CODE ENFORCEMENT EXTORTION SCAM! The City Attorney
Deanna Johnson hurried up and divorced herself from Councilwoman Wallace's foolish statement
to the general public because it showed INTENT TO ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
Did you notice that in this new budget they spent over $270,000.00 on FURNITURE? Wasn't that
the amount that Bubble eyed Doug Manning ELIMINATED BY FIRING THE ENTIRE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT? Did they MESS UP PEOPLE'S LIVES TO BUY SOME FURNITURE? THESE
RIVERDALE HOUSEWIVES are straight LOW DOWN.
We are going to lay off Cynthia Stamps-Jones for a minute because at least we see she makes
notes on information that is in the agenda and she has asked some intelligent questions. We will
see if she votes in the interest of the citizens before we make judgement so far.
Mr. Manning suffers from a Sleep Disorder as seen above. It was very difficult for him to stay
awake for any given period of time. This had caused him to WRECK TWO CITY CARS before he got
some kind of a handle on it. Our information is that he collapsed in the Public Works Building on
Thursday Morning and was rushed to Southern Regional Hospital. We wish him a speedy recovery
and a strengthen PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD! Hopefully Wynn-Dixion, Iris Jessie, Wanda
Wallace, Kenny Ruffin, Chief Paterson and Stephanie Thomas will take note and get on their knees
and PRAY. GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY!
The second important story of the WEEK. The ineptitude of the RIVERDALE POLICE CHIEF. An
officer SHOT OUT THE BACK WINDOW OF A SUSPECTS CAR along with THE NEIGHBORHOOD'S
WINDOWS. This police officer ALMOST KILLED a child in the home that received one of the stray
bullets through her parents window. NEWS FLASH: A policeman nor a citizen can DISCHARGE A
WEAPON AT ANY INDIVIDUAL FLEEING THE SCENE OF ANY CRIME. To add insult to injury the
suspect GOT AWAY THAT DAY! Yes, you can blame the officer because he discharged the weapon,
but I blame the CHIEF for not PROVIDING ADEQUATE TRAINING FOR THIS POLICE OFFICER. From
here you go up the chain of BLAME. The INCOMPETENT CITY MANAGER , IRIS JESSIE, who doesn't
have a CLUE about managing PEOPLE PERIOD IS THE PERSON TO HEAP BLAME ON BECAUSE IT
IS HER RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP HER MANAGERS IN LINE. Not only is she INCOMPETENT she
has proved to be DANGEROUS to this city with her decision making. This Cretin continuously puts
this city in the position to receive LAWSUITS that they MOSTLY LOOSE. Incidentally she has tried to

Today at Ebenezer Baptist Church Dr. Cornell West spoke to ( it appeared to be) Clayton County
and Eldren Bell and Evelyn Wynn-Dixion directly. His message was very TRUTHFUL AND FACTUAL.
He reminded the aforementioned politicians that THEY DO NOT NEED TO FORGET WHERE THEY
CAME FROM AND ACT LIKE THE SLAVE MASTERS BEFORE THEM. It was very interesting how one
individual whom has the distinction of having a Doctorate and another individual whom claims to
have a Doctorate were so diametrically OPPOSED to each other in both KNOWLEDGE, STATURE
AND PRESENCE.
These are the Housewives of Riverdale. They didn't have enough intelligence to attempt to get a
REALITY SHOW ON BRAVO. There are two more whom I will show now.
You may think it's a mistake to have Kenny Ruffin's photo in the Riverdale Housewives but as
much as he cries like a WOMAN he is kind of taking on the persona of one. Can we have a little fun?

6. Stephine Thomas Unmarried, Uneducated, Shacking, Drove over a year on a suspend-
ed driver's license. Endangered her own children by her obscene
behavior. The coordinator of Voter Fraud and thief in last two
elections.
At one time I would have said that YOU ELECTED THESE PEOPLE but I know now that not to be
true. Now that we know HOW THEY MANIPULATED THOSE MACHINES IT WON'T HAPPEN NEXT
YEAR! We will show you how they did it in a couple of days.
Incidentally, why does it RAIN every time Riverdale tries to put on an event? How much did
Riverdale SPEND on the MLK Parade? Did they ever VOTE ON HOSTING IT? If they did WHEN?
WHERE? Who voted besides the HOUSEWIVES? How much money was spent? How do you spend
over 6 million dollars in less than a year but have not completed anything?
This is the last question for the day. If Bell and those other commissioners can remove the police
chief due to an unauthorised use of a tracking device why are none OF THE COMMISSIONERS

Hall Receives Training Certificate
ATLANTA – Riverdale Councilmember Wayne Hall received the prestigious Certificate of
Recognition from the Georgia Municipal Training Institute at the Georgia Municipal Association’s
(GMA) Annual Mayors’ Day Conference in Atlanta on January 24.
The Georgia Municipal Training Institute, a cooperative effort of GMA and the University of Georgia’s
Carl Vinson Institute of Government, provides a nationally recognized series of training
opportunities for elected city officials. To receive a Certificate of Recognition, a city official must
complete a minimum of 42 units of credit. The training program consists of a series of 24 six-unit
courses.
“This is an outstanding achievement,” said GMA Executive Director Jim Higdon. “We commend
Councilmember Hall for this accomplishment and for the dedication he’s shown in using this
valuable resource to become a more effective city official.”
Based in Atlanta, GMA is a voluntary, non-profit organization that provides legislative advocacy,
research, training, employee benefit and technical consulting services to its 500 member cities.

TRAINING THAT IS AVAILABLE TOO HIM. WALLACE HAS BEEN THERE OVER 8 EIGHT YEARS AND
HAS NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING! THAT DUNCE CAN'T READ.
This is THE BRAND NEW PHOTOGRAPH of the RIVERDALE HOUSEWIVES. These people make
up the Riverdale Georgia City Council. Two council members plus the mayor make up half the body
of the RIVERDALE HOUSEWIVES. What I want you to notice is how well this photograph depicts the
essence of these council people. The mayor's photograph makes you wonder how would she look if
she WASHED OFF ALL THAT CAKE MAKEUP? It appears that if she moved her FACE would crack
up and all of that GOO would fall off. Let's all look at the UNEDUCATED COUNCILWOMAN WANDA
WALLACE, DID SHE HAVE SOMETHING IN HER eye? Why is her RIGHT EYE running away from her
LEFT EYE? You call it the GOGGLE EYE. It wants to jump off the page. Wanda Wallace's eye is an
example of how CROOKED she is, and we will discuss this behavior latter on in this article. Now to
continue on bringing out the FRAUD in this photo about WALLACE, look at her left hand, it appears
she has some wedding rings on, WHO IS SHE MARRIED TO??? Yep another RIVERDALE
HOUSEWIFE trying to perpetrate on YOU, THE UNINFORMED PUBLIC. Nobody in their right mind
would MARRY this FOOL and to this point NOBODY HAS! Her little MINIMUM WAGE JOB even took
her off of their commercials when they found out she COULD NOT SPEAK! Wallace needs to be
getting some GLASSES to fix that RIGHT EYE.
Now answer this question. What's the difference between a Riverdale Housewife and Kenny
(mumbles) Ruffin? ANSWER: A WIG, SOME LIPSTICK, AND SOME HIGH HEELS. He along with Iris
Jessie are some major THIEVES WHOM HAVE STOLE A MINIMUM of $40,000.00 ( Recreation Grant ).
This Buffoon only needs a DRESS and he can fit right in because he has NO SPINE!
At the last council meeting Wanda Wallace showed how illiterate and ignorant she continues to
be by asking to issue an RFP for a booting company to operate in the city. The purpose of this was
to EXTORT MONEY from ANY vendor doing business in the city of Riverdale. This kind of makes me
think SHE IS DIRECTING THE CODE ENFORCEMENT EXTORTION SCAM! The City Attorney
Deanna Johnson hurried up and divorced herself from Councilwoman Wallace's foolish statement
to the general public because it showed INTENT TO ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
Did you notice that in this new budget they spent over $270,000.00 on FURNITURE? Wasn't that
the amount that Bubble eyed Doug Manning ELIMINATED BY FIRING THE ENTIRE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT? Did they MESS UP PEOPLE'S LIVES TO BUY SOME FURNITURE? THESE
RIVERDALE HOUSEWIVES are straight LOW DOWN.
We are going to lay off Cynthia Stamps-Jones for a minute because at least we see she makes
notes on information that is in the agenda and she has asked some intelligent questions. We will
see if she votes in the interest of the citizens before we make judgement so far.
Mr. Manning suffers from a Sleep Disorder as seen above. It was very difficult for him to stay
awake for any given period of time. This had caused him to WRECK TWO CITY CARS before he got
some kind of a handle on it. Our information is that he collapsed in the Public Works Building on
Thursday Morning and was rushed to Southern Regional Hospital. We wish him a speedy recovery
and a strengthen PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD! Hopefully Wynn-Dixion, Iris Jessie, Wanda
Wallace, Kenny Ruffin, Chief Paterson and Stephanie Thomas will take note and get on their knees
and PRAY. GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY!
The second important story of the WEEK. The ineptitude of the RIVERDALE POLICE CHIEF. An
officer SHOT OUT THE BACK WINDOW OF A SUSPECTS CAR along with THE NEIGHBORHOOD'S
WINDOWS. This police officer ALMOST KILLED a child in the home that received one of the stray
bullets through her parents window. NEWS FLASH: A policeman nor a citizen can DISCHARGE A
WEAPON AT ANY INDIVIDUAL FLEEING THE SCENE OF ANY CRIME. To add insult to injury the
suspect GOT AWAY THAT DAY! Yes, you can blame the officer because he discharged the weapon,
but I blame the CHIEF for not PROVIDING ADEQUATE TRAINING FOR THIS POLICE OFFICER. From
here you go up the chain of BLAME. The INCOMPETENT CITY MANAGER , IRIS JESSIE, who doesn't
have a CLUE about managing PEOPLE PERIOD IS THE PERSON TO HEAP BLAME ON BECAUSE IT
IS HER RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP HER MANAGERS IN LINE. Not only is she INCOMPETENT she
has proved to be DANGEROUS to this city with her decision making. This Cretin continuously puts
this city in the position to receive LAWSUITS that they MOSTLY LOOSE. Incidentally she has tried to
keep the Doug Manning situation quite. I don't know why but IT'S OUT NOW! Now we get to the
BUCK STOPS WHERE? You got it, at EVELYN WYNN-DIXION'S FEET. This PATHOLOGICAL LAIR
does not know how to TAKE CONTROL OF A COMPANY SITUATION. It amazes me how she can
attempt to encourage children to preserver in math and science and she CAN'T BALANCE A
CHECK BOOK BY HER OWN ADMISSION. HOMELESS TWICE, COME ON, THAT INDICATES A
SERIOUS ADDITION AND/OR SUBTRACTION PROBLEM. That also spills over into your personal life.
Not having the WILL POWER TO PUSH AWAY FROM THE TABLE AND COOKING FRIED FISH IN FAT
GREASE. The photograph below shows how LARGE you can get off of Mayor Wynn-Dixions receipts
for food. Now we will see how Ms. Stamps-Jones responds to you the citizens about the DANGER
THAT CHIEF PATERSON'S INEPTITUDE PUT YOU IN. It just as easily could have been YOUR CHILD
OR YOUR SELF THAT COULD HAVE BEEN STRUCK BY THAT STRAY BULLET.
