District 7 Clayton County School Board Representative Trinia Garrett's alleged downloading
of pornographic material charges were DROPPED! One of the important points about this WITCH
HUNT is the MODEL ETHICS CODE. The school board has adopted this model and they don't

can't administer it. The Clayton County School Board, first under the leadership of ALLEKA
ANDERSON, tried to charge Attorney Michael King with Ethics Code Violations. You see how far
she and this idiot board got, he's still there! Remember that smart ass Mike Glanton and some
other buffoons attempted to WRITE a new code of ethics that was compliant but they failed and
Attorney King is still there. Now their code of ethics has been written by the legislative body and
it is still so vague that everyone has their own interpretation. Clayton County is a prime example
of INCOMPETENT elected officials attempting to implement PERSONAL AGENDA'S.
Robert Mack, Ms. Garrett's attorney, came to this hearing with a simple, yet very effective

Chairwoman, the Board Attorney, and the Hearing Officer REFUSED to even CONSIDER a FAIR
