| It is a sad state of affairs when we, the general public, are conned into accepting the stereotypical story told to us by HOLLYWOOD and our own DECEITFUL PEOPLE. Above, you are viewing the Mayor of the City of Riverdale, Ga. She had no record at all so she ran on the HOMELESS TICKET. She said she has a Doctorate in Education and you will believe her until she speaks a full sentence. The movie producer Tyler Perry depicts a character whom this woman copied from " Madea " and the persona of " Big Mama " was born. Now " Big Mama " was born from a character that Martin brought to life. These characters were endearing to us because they were TAUGHT from a Mythical standpoint. Richard Pryor spoke about one in a whore house in Tupelo. Now the one thing about these women, even though they were endearing, they were all " ALLEY ". They cursed, they lied, they stole and they BACK STABBED. They all sold their souls to the Devil. Ladies and Gentlemen the above woman is no different. She is a known prevaricator and the truth is, I believe she could pass a lie detector because she BELIEVES HER OWN LIES! Let's go into some facts: Have any, that's right ANY of you asked about your PARK lately? The new story now is: We had to give the money back baby because their was a problem with the title. Any FOOL knows that when you purchase land you always have a title search done to protect your rights. Bottom line, IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I believe that she requested this position to work next to an individual that she has it in for. The gentleman came out of his class one day last week and almost ran into this behemoth of a woman in the hall. The man has never WORKED FOR HER, never had to interact with her because she had NO STATUS. What she failed to tell that person she loved so much was SHE HAD GONE TO PERSONNEL and told them THEY NEEDED TO DO BETTER BACKGROUND CHECKS because this man was FIRED FROM RIVERDALE! What did this have to do with HER? This over sized turd had the nerve to try to take FOOD OFF THE TABLE OF A MAN TRYING TO EARN AN HONEST LIVING FOR HIMSELF AND HIS FAMILY. The reply she got was " we obtain all the necessary information needed to execute a direct hire " Thank you very much. My mother always told me " IF YOU WANT TO FIND THE DEVIL GO TO CHURCH " this is a prime example of the BLACK HEARTED BIG MAMA. Last question, when she was HOMELESS was she fat then? Trust me this one has never missed a meal. At the last council meeting in the month of July the Vice Mayor Wanda Wallace questioned the Mayor, Evelyn Wynn-Dixion about her COMMITMENT to saving the TAX PAYER money that was spent on Basketball by the ADJUDICATED THIEF Kenny ( mumbles ) Ruffin. If you remember the Attorney General DEMANDED THE CITY OF RIVERDALE REPAY A $40,000.00 GRANT THAT Ruffin and Iris Jessie PADDED their pockets with. They had to REPAY what they had SPENT PLUS return what was left over.THERE WERE NO SANCTIONS IMPOSED ON EITHER ONE OF THESE INDIVIDUALS because WALLACE, RUFFIN, and BRUCE would not hold the participants RESPONSIBLE. The bottom line is this: Ruffin can get Jessie to issue at least three checks that are under $5,000.00 each with NO OVERSIGHT. The three checks can equal just under $15,000.00 and no one will be the wiser. This is what WALLACE was complaining about to the IGNORANT MAYOR. Wallace knows how to STEAL and she KNOWS THAT KENNY KNOWS HOW TO STEAL and she doesn't want to be cut out! Stamps-Jones is one of the most ill informed council people that I have ever seen. This woman SURPASSES Michael Bruce in lack of Knowledge. Let me give you an example: Ann Smith, the Finance Director, delivered a report that at least one council member and the MAYOR did not understand yet they BOTH REPLIED TO MS. SMITH " You are doing a wonderful job and we appreciate your report but go a little slower next time so we can digest the information ". ( obviously they didn't use those words because they are DUMB ) but you get the point. They did not understand what was said but had NO QUESTIONS. Now I ask you, IS THIS LOGICAL? If you do not understand something you do not approve it FOOL! Let me add this, poor Ms. Smith, she is the Finance Director but Iris Jessie, the City Manager, who has NO FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE AT ALL, is providing the NUMBERS FOR THE FINANCIAL SPREED SHEETS. That is the reason that the numbers never add up and why they DON'T WANT A FORENSIC AUDIT! Iris Jessie is MATHEMATICALLY CHALLENGED! Let's have a look at these girls. Now all of these people are not privy to the HOSPITALITY of this Uneducated C.E.O. so at least THREE of these people will not be seen. Now I thought that if you represented a District or Ward you were supposed to be available to all of your constituents. Mrs. Linda Ingram, who lives in Ward 3 had a problem with a PIT BULL that ATTACKED both her HUSBAND, THE POLICE, AND HER DOG. Animal Control and the police put the dog down. Ms. Ingram comes to meetings on a regular basis but is NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK AT THE COUNCIL MEETINGS due to the fact that you can't talk to the council people directly, yet they CAN TALK ABOUT INDIVIDUALS ALL THE TIME BUT DON'T ALLOW YOU TO REBUT. Ms. Ingram has went through the proper channels to speak with Ms. Wallace but she DECLINES BECAUSE SHE SAYS SHE IS SCARED. WHY would YOU ELECT A COWARD to office? If you cannot SERVE MS. iNGRAM YOU CAN'T SERVE ANYONE. You are not a Public Official you are a pathetic bully and a coward. There must be some AWFUL DUMB PEOPLE WHO VOTED " WIDE LOAD WALLACE " as a CRETIN EXECUTIVE ORIFICE. This is Ms. Johnson before she became a BLOND. The City Attorney for Riverdale, Ga. Ladies and gentlemen, on several occasions I have reported that there is NO PARK being BUILT. At the Riverdale City Council Meeting last Monday, August 9, 2010 YOUR Mayor presented two individuals from Merchants Bank that intend to raise 5 million dollars through Bond Sales so that a PARK can be built and a Parking Deck along with it. What happened to the 20 MILLION that was BORROWED to complete this project YEARS AGO? HAVE THEY USED IT UP? Where is the money? You, the tax payer, are already in HOCK UP TO YOUR GRAND CHILDREN'S LIFE SPAN. You can see how they are attempting to pay off some of the THEFT by WRITING TICKETS 24/7. Unfortunately that will not be enough. Wynn-Dixion told some people the park will be opening in Sept. 2010. Really. This KNOWN PREVARICATOR has it WRONG AGAIN. Maybe they can raise the BOND MONEY by then. Why can't they use the 20 million to build the NEW Park, that was what they told you when they acquired the money. Wells Fargo will not, repeat, WILL NOT allow them any more money on their DRAW period. Let me explain how Riverdale or Iris Jessie acquires money from WACHOVIA/WELLS FARGO BANK with the permission of the MAYOR and Some of the Council members. The City of Riverdale can only DRAW SO MUCH MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT EACH YEAR, roughly around three million each year. No more or less. Once they have SPENT that they cannot get any more from the account until the following year. Jessie, along with the clerk, Stephine Thomas, has squandered a good bit of this money buying puppy chow, (Riverdale dosen/t have dogs any more) Liquor, pedicures, manicures, hair do's ( Mayor Dixion said and I quote: We got a homeless woman's hair done so she could feel better about herself, but she couldn't remember her name. A tremendous amount of Walmart charges that can only be justified by HOME USE, overnight stays in hotels for certain peoples children (the MAYOR) when they had a kitchen fire, trips to Tenn. on no official business for the city of Riverdale. We could go on and on and on. All of this done on City Credit Cards. Fortunately we can identify when this slide into criminality began. The administration of Evelyn Wynn Dixion. Even before her Kenny (mumbles) Ruffin began identifying people with QUESTIONABLE CHARACTER to be employed by the city. First people were the interim city managers who recommended Iris Jessie, a malcontent , who was on the verge of getting FIRED IN VIRGINIA, and had NO EXPERIENCE IN BEING A CITY MANAGER. This was the first LOW MORALES person put in place, Michael Bruce was the second piece of trash ELECTED to the council, he rode the SHORT YELLOW BUSS to school and was gender challenged. Then came Stephine Thomas, NO DRIVERS LICENSE, no formal education, QUESTIONABLE CHARACTER, she should have been locked up when she was DRIVING her CHILDREN around with no license. This endangered the children, you, the tax payer, and the City of Riverdale. The INCOMPETENT POLICE CHIEF PATERSON used his influence to get her out of this trouble. Would he have done this for YOU? If you ever get a ticket for driving on a suspended license you need to challenge it to receive the same JUSTICE SHE DID. INCIDENTALLY, IRIS JESSIE GETS TO DRAW AND SIGN CHECKS WORTH $500,000.00 AT A TIME! All with the APPROVAL of the Mayor and the majority of the City Council. ASK FOR AN ACCOUNTING OF THE EXPENDITURES FROM THAT TYPE OF CHECK WRITING. In other words how much was concrete, dirt, what were labor costs, who got the money? All of this FALLS to IRIS JESSIE and her UNDERCOVER BROTHER Kenny (mumbles) Ruffin whom have STOLEN IN THE PAST, Recreation Grant. At the meeting last night a strange thing happened. Kenny (mumbles) Ruffin presented two motions that were defeated by his fellow council people. He was EMBARRASSED and kept biting those skinny lying lips of his. Iris Jessie was stunned. Councilman Wayne Hall and Councilwoman Cynthia (weave woman ) Stamps-Jones VOTED NAY for Ruffin's basketball goals and his score board. Country ( Iris Jessie ) was stunned, she couldn't believe they rejected the small money but approve big money. This just goes to show you about PETTY PEOPLE. They are going to get just as much TIME as the major thieves such as this WHITE MAN WHO BROUGHT IN THE MERCHANTS BANK TO PEDDLE THESE BONDS. Some years back he and some other partners borrowed 14,000,000.00 for property that cost 9,000,000.00 They split the difference between nine and fourteen between themselves and he GOT RAN OUT OF MORROW. He got ran out of MORROW and Clayton County for some time. He religiously comes to the Riverdale meetings to keep his eye on his end of the money, he is a CROOK FROM WAY BACK WITH HIS NOSE STUCK UP THE MAYOR'S POSTERIOR. The answer to this question is both yes and no. The real culprit here is DR. HEATLEY! The second person to blame is the Chair person ALLEKA ANDERSON. Dr. Heatley Alleka Anderson I am quite sure the board was given a transportation package they were to peruse that informed them of every action that was going to be taken in the area of transportation. Like so many others, Heatley FAILED TO TELL THE BOARD MEMBERS HE PLANNED TO CUT SERVICE TO CERTAIN COMMUNITIES. So when the board voted they were unaware that clause was included in the package. Ms. Anderson's responsibility was to READ THE ENTIRE PACKAGE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! If she is about anything she should be angry about being uninformed about the truth by her SUBORDINATE. You can tell that a business background is not in the work histories of a lot of these board members. What Dr. Heatley did was INSUBORDINATE and in a PROFESSIONAL setting he WOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT! In this community the parents have come by board members houses and complained about this situation and even threatened them. These actions were initiated by Dr. Heatley and you all were thrown under the bus. You as a board have some serious TRUST ISSUES. Incidentally, the Mayor of Riverdale is giving out information on who to call at the school board to rectify the transportation problem. Is she authorised to do this? Is there such a person? Why don't we all call MAYOR EVELYN WYNN-DIXION because she has the answer to the solution. You need to make her an Honorary Board Of Education Member. Then she can count YOUR MONEY like she does in her small city, ( and trust me she can't add or subtract nor multiply, that's how she got homeless ) That is why they don't want a forensic audit because SHE AND ALL HER CRONIES WILL GO TO JAIL. One last comment, Kenny (mumbles) Ruffin stated last night that they ( he and the council ) will be visiting your homes in the coming weeks to inform you about things coming up that they are doing. I want you to have your requests ready for an OPEN RECORDS REQUEST on how he/they SPENT YOUR MONEY. Please don't SHOOT AT ANY OF THESE CROOKS because they are not trespassing they are coming to LIE IN YOUR FACE! Mr. Ruffins basketball program has to this point graduated two MURDERERS and he feels guilty that the whole PARK AND BASEBALL FIELD HAS BEEN TAKEN AWAY FROM THE COMMUNITY. Remember the BLACK HAWKS FOOTBALL? I DO! Isn't it amazing that it took almost 100 years to build a decent city and two years to put YOUR GRAND CHILDREN,S children in DEBT by a bunch of unscrupulous cretins. Recently you have been privy to postcard mail outs ( at the tax payers expense ) that pretends to inform you of information that is factual. Let me inform you of the illegality of these postcards. It is ILLEGAL to have a discussion when there is a Quorum present but NO FORMAL MEETING IS CALLED. These post cards inform you that THREE COUNCIL PERSONS have been given certain RESPONSIBILITIES that they will attempt to complete for the publics benefit. The last time we counted there were 4 ( FOUR ) council persons sitting in the City of Riverdale. What happened to the fourth councilman? I am led to assume that their were no DUTIES that he was capable of carrying out. Now let me make you aware that this councilman just completed his MASTERS DEGREE in PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION from Troy University. Kenny (mumbles) Ruffin, in all his years on this earth just has a high school diploma. Wanda (wide load) Wallace did not complete high school and VIOLATES THE MORAL CODE of the city by LIVING IN SIN (Shacking Up) with a man and not being MARRIED. At a recent deposition she acknowledged that she did not know where she went to school at. She didn't know the difference between a Junior College, a four year College, and a Graduate School. She didn't know if she attended a school in Mississippi or Louisiana. This dummy doesn't know the difference in the state lines, yet she knows something about ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT? DUHHHHH. In order for these individuals to get their assignments they HAD TO HAVE TALKED TOGETHER! That is what constituted an ILLEGAL GATHERING because Councilman Hall was not present. All of the rest of these players were present along with that BLACK SNAKE IRIS JESSIE. This is the mail out. Could you please show me where Councilman Wayne Hall is?
